Also, if CG’s goal is to get me to rage spend, it’s having the opposite effect. I simply don’t play the event. I skipped the entire last GC because I didn’t have the motivation for it. This one will be no different.

I share your pain, this is the most clucked up bunch of bantha poo I have seen. Thanks Alexander for the clue about Inks. That was the only win so far. As others have mentioned this time suck is NOT worth it.
Make Bronzium autoplay opening an option.

Honestly this fight should read Player vs Loading Screen instead of Mandalorians vs Gungans.

Can confirm that it is, generally, a very slow loading GC, but after a few attempts, it just hangs and I have to force quit the game.

Thank you Meathead. Every time I go to a new tier, I have to restart my game because it freezes. And while in game, it lags the whole time.

I think one of the reasons for this lag is the game is so old and they haven’t done much to update the inferstructure. You play any other game of this style and it has updated graphics, 60 fps, way better animations, and no virtually no lag. They need to be on par with other games because when newer places see this kind of stuff it won’t be long before they move on. Enough with the good deal packs CG. You need to update your game.

The game locks up frequently when trying to load into the battle, to say nothing of the horrific lag and glitching on the Gungan animations. Total garbage release on this.
On top of the performance problems, nice god level difficulty on this one, thanks for that. The combination of the two honestly makes me question why I play (and spend on) this game any more.

Crashing a lot as well, really frustrating considering how many tries this event is taking me, and I’m getting close to 11 mil collection power, so it’s not like my characters are weak. The very nature of this event buff involves rng and exiting and retrying. But with the freezing/crashing on this event, real pita.

Barbossa 5 told the bug team what the problem was a month ago when we first had the Naboo planet and they didn't even acknowledge him. The game is trying to open a background that doesn't exist (either the name was changed when they added the Naboo GC planet or in prep for the Naboo raid or it's a typo or whatever). I get that this is a nine-year-old game filled with spaghetti code but come on now.

Besides the freezing and locking up, the damage seems bugged as well, it’s very inconsistent. I was able to beat tier 10 one time and it was super easy, I had four gungans down by the 2nd wave of attacks, but all other attempts I’m just getting destroyed.

I feel part of the lags is also every ability making too many changes to the battle. The abilities on the latest new characters have become full essays that take too much time to understand. There are too many ifs with these new characters

541-718-694. Similar to others, I can run 2-3 battles and then it gets stuck at loading. I force quit and restart and it works again.
However, my ability to beat Gungans with any of my 7 GLs or 5 conquest toons is the same whether the screen loads or doesn’t.KillerKodiak69

This is actually hilarious. In a not funny at all way.
I'm also experiencing the bug. We'll just gloss over the... let's call it "overtuning".

I haven't had crashing issues, luckily, but the animations are definitely lagging a lot.
But those of you who can't get in to play may be the lucky ones.... This GC is absolutely miserable.
Can't do squat till you get out the SG. Can't target the SG half the time and when you do, it seems to evades more hits than it should. Gungan aoe is wiping out 3-4 R7/8 toons in one blow, even on T7, which is ridiculous.
This GC needs an overhaul and some massive retuning.1

Absolutely, I see no reason to spend if this is how we get treated as a community, we shouldn’t be getting nightmarish events for a month straight

Another question I have to ask regarding this GC. Why, after it was reported last time, is there still an omicron active during these Gungan GC? It's clearly bugged, why isn't it fixed yet?

It most likely is intentional, few remember this but there was a conquest season where you had to fight a Sortie omicron as a sector boss. PvE omicrons are essentially a new excuse for CG to make their events more difficult, I’m surprised it hasn’t happened for TB yet

Perhaps they left the omicron active intentionally. I don't recall any acknowledgement that it was or wasn't supposed to be active last time. I could have missed it - I just don't remember reading anything from Meathead saying it wasn't supposed to be active.
F2P since the last time I bought Kyros, Crystals, or the Conquest Pass.
